Best for Sweet Haters

To me, Kroger’s sweet pickle relish is basically dill pickle relish. It’s so tart and tangy with just a slight hint of sweetness. For me, this is ideal. It ranks low on this list simply because I understand that people will typically want more sweetness than what Kroger’s relish offers. That being said, if you’re open to mixing it up or you love zesty pickles like me, grab a jar of this relish!

Vlasic Kosher Sweet Pickle Relish is exactly what I think of when I think of sweet pickle relish. It’s a little crunchy, goopy (in the best way), and perfectly sugary. This is what your mom puts in that delicious tuna salad she made for you when you were growing up. If you’re looking for that sweet, bright-green nostalgia for egg or potato salad, Vlasic’s is the best sweet pickle relish to get the job done.

Heinz Sweet Pickle Relish is a nice, classic sweet pickle relish in the world’s most convenient packaging. Why you’d ever put sweet pickle relish into a jar rather than this perfectly engineered squeeze bottle is beyond me. When there are so many varieties of a product out there, you have to start looking at all of the item’s aspects. Not only does this sweet pickle relish taste good, it’s quicker and easier to use than other brands. You can squirt it directly onto your hot dog! Great taste and convenient packaging make Heinz one of the best sweet pickle relish makers.

Del Monte’s sweet pickle relish is the best sweet pickle relish we tried. It converted me from a sweet relish hater to a sweet relish lover. This sweet relish is made with real sugar, too! Additionally, it contains dehydrated red peppers, onions, and mustard seeds for added flavor. The taste of this sweet pickle relish is diverse, interesting, and just plain delicious. Good job, Del Monte!
